Hawkeye TP Vol 1 - Kate Bishop: Kate's taken charge as the Hawkeye for the best coast! She starts her own private eye biz and her first case: missing persons! Simple enough until her client vanishes too!

Young Avengers - Children's Crusade TP: Wiccan's powers edge toward chaos and the Young Avengers must find out more about his origins. Enter: the Scarlett Witch, back from the dead?

More awesome stuff this week: Gamora #5, Motor Girl #6, Romulus #4, Sex Criminals #19, Star Wars: Guardians of the Whills, and Steven Universe #4.

Flash #23: "Running Scared,” prelude! Barry Allen is at a crossroads. He’s lied to the woman he loves about his life as The Flash, and a rift is growing between him and his heroic young partner. Now, his greatest enemy has threatened to strike down everyone close to him! It’s time to make a tough choice that will launch The Flash into his most incredible mission yet: a siege on the 25th century stronghold of Eobard Thawne!

Kill or be Killed #9: Time is running out, and the demon wont wait for the police to stop hunting him. Trapped between his curse and his own survival, Dylan takes to the streets.

Spider Gwen #20: WHO IS THE EARTH 65 WOLVERINE???

STAR WARS ROGUE ONE YOUNG READERS NOVEL - GUARDIANS OF WHILLS: Rucka. Star Wars. What more needs to be said? Guardians of the Whills explores the otherwise largely unexplored storylines of Chirrut and Baze from Rogue One. In spite of the fact that its a novel aimed at younger readers (much like the Before the Awakening novels), it has a good chunk of lore that you won't want to miss.

STAR WARS DOCTOR APHRA #7: More Screaming Citadel content! I have to say, I'm really loving the Luke and Aphra banter, and it looks like Han Solo is about to join the party. I'm eating this event up!

PAKLIS #1: PAKLIS is a three-story anthology series with influence range from Kafka to Miyazaki. Its purpose is to delve into dark storylines that ask existential questions of the reader. This one has potential to be "don't read alone at night in a dark room" sort of book.

MY LESBIAN EXPERIENCE WITH LONELINESS: This book promises to be filled with some Real Talk™ alongside a bit of too-true humor about a girl growing up in a close-minded environment while struggling to find out who she is. Its something I can find myself relating to, and its also partly written as an autobiography!

BITCH PLANET TP VOL 02 - PRESIDENT BITCH: Kelly Sue Deconnick's series is, in short, amazing. With the second story arc finally collected in the second volume, I am incredibly excited to have one of the greatest modern feminist comics on my shelf. This is one of the few series where I collect it in both singles and trades. Overall, I'm pumped for volume two.

HAWKEYE TP VOL 01 - KATE BISHOP: Kate Bishop is one of my favorite characters in comics overall. To finally have her in her own book is incredible, as she can move forward in a story where she isn't a side character or on a team. With one of Marvel's best new private eyes, this series is filled with classic Kate Bishop snark, relatable humor, and an overall great time. Written by Kelly Thompson, this one of my favorite books put out by Marvel.

MY LESBIAN EXPERIENCE WITH LONELINESS: This autobiographical manga has recently been hailed by critics and fans alike as a great story about what it is like to be a gay woman. As a queer young woman, I'm always looking for stories about LGBTQ folks who love outside the U.S., so a story about a lesbian in Japan is exactly what I have been looking for. I can't wait to read it!

WONDER WOMAN ANNUAL #1: The Wonder Woman annual contains four original stories created by amazing teams. As an avid Diana fan, I'm incredibly excited to read these team's take on the iconic character right before I see the movie on Friday.
