Midnighter and Apollo #3: You'll be shocked, SHOCKED to discover that I'm still loving this book. In this issue, I'm struck by just how perfect the title is. I'd previously assumed that this miniseries was just the continuation of the Midnighter series, but really, it's Apollo's book just as much, which makes me so happy. As much as I love Midnighter, when someone gets Apollo right and lets him, uh, shine, it just checks all the boxes for me.

Star Wars: Doctor Aphra #1: New female-led Star Wars book, spinning out of the Darth Vader book. A new Star Wars is always a great thing!

Nightwing #10: I'm especially excited to see Marcus To as the new series artist. You might know him as the artist on Boom's astonishing and aptly-named Joyride.

Deadman: Dark Mansion of Forbidden Love #2: I love trashy Gothic romances both ironically and unironically. This book is a wonderful play on that genre, featuring a title character who just fits the role perfectly.

Wyn

Midnighter and Apollo #3: Midnighter is going to Hell! Literally! Fans of the Tynion and Doyle run of Hellblazer will love to hate the villain who has been revealed to be Apollo's jailer. Neron, everybody. That fricking jerk!

Motor Crush #1: From the creative team that reinvigorated Batgirl, this book is like Mad Max meets Speed Racer. Now with 3000% more cute bad-ass women.

Poe Dameron TP Vol. 1: Have you heard about this book? It's AWESOME! Like, seriously, best Poe God-Dameron book in the galaxy.

More Awesome Stuff This Week: A Year of Marvels: Uncanny, All New Wolverine #15, Doctor Strange TP Vol. 1, One Week in the Library, Unworthy Thor #2, and The Wicked + The Divine #24.

Ryan

All New Wolverine #15: Laura is headed to Madripoor to find out who is behind the slaughter at Daylesville. I am particularly interested to see how Laura holds up in a place that nearly ended Logan on more than one occasion. Also we have pirates!

Aquaman #12: NEMO is stepping up its attack against Atlantis and its king, but the Justice League stands with Aquaman! Will it be enough to prevent all out war between the United States and Atlantis? I can't wait to find out!

Goldie Vance #8: Goldie will have to infiltrate a secret underwater base to rescue Cheryl and solve the mystery of the astronaut who washed up on the beach at the Crossed Palms Resort. Now , just try and tell me that you don't want to read this book...

Josie and the Pussycats #3: This book is just a fun read. Last issue the band accidentally signed an exclusive contract with a dive bar in the middle of nowhere and got out of it by winning a race. I really can't wait to see what they get up to this issue!

Sam

Aquaman 12: Aquaman and Mera are the best. They are going between the surface and underwater so much to make peace with Atlantis and the US, but Black Manta has his own plans to do the opposite.

Justice League 10: There's a man, just a man, who hacked the Justice League and he's getting a visit from the people he targeted. I want to see where this goes.

Midnighter & Apollo 3: After issue 2, that cliff-hanger... I am still thinking about it. Midnighter is walking through the doors of hell! I'm pretty stoked for this read!
