All New Wolverine #25: If you haven't been up with one of the best books coming out of Marvel, here is where you can jump on! Daken vanishes and it's up to Laura to rescue him from the mysterious Orphans of X. What do they want with the duo and will Laura and Daken have some sibling-tinted moment? I don't know but Tom Taylor has been doing fantastic stuff with this book and it's a must-read.

Ladycastle TP: The men of the castle have all been eaten by a dragon, leaving the women in charge. The blacksmith's wife is now King, the Princess their knight, and the sole page is deciding what he wants to do. This fantastic all ages comic was a staff favorite in singles, and hopefully soon to be a new Ladies' Night favorite!

Falcon #1: Sam Wilson takes on arbitrating peace talks between two rival gangs as he fits back in to his old Mantle of the Falcon! I loved this first issue, and hope it gets back in love with Sam's story the way early volumes of SamCap did.

Ryan

All New Wolverine #25: DAKEN, the enigmatic son of Logan, has been kidnapped and it's up to the ALL-NEW WOLVERINE to find him. But when the trail leads Laura, a genetic clone of the original Wolverine, back to the FACILITY where she was created and tortured, she will find new horrors waiting for her.  Who are the ORPHANS OF X and what do they have in store for the children of Logan?

Flash #32: "BLACK HOLE RISING"! While the Flash's negative Speed Force powers begin to take their deadly toll on Barry Allen's life, Black Hole begins its most audacious assault yet when the criminal outfit finally assumes control of S.T.A.R. Labs!

Grass Kings #8: Bruce thinks back to the town he used to be sheriff of, and how his frustration drove him to follow Robert into the Grass Kingdom

Zach

Mech Cadet Yu #3: Training gets more intense while while problems arise in Parks.

Runaways #2: Is the band getting back together? God, I hope so!

Rat Queens tp 4: The first trade after the reboot. With the new queen Braga on their side saving Pallaside has become easier than ever

Angelic #1: In a post-human future, descendants of genetically modified animals have inherited the earth. The story falls a flying monkey as she tries to find her place, and possibly why she and her kind exist.

Star Wars Adventures #2: Rey set out to rescue Unkar Plutt from scavengers. Will she save him in time?!
This comic is deligtful and I really love that it's a very directly aimed "kids" comic for younger Star Wars fans.

Ryan

Aquaman #28: UNDERWORLD” finale! Caught in the claws of the monstrous crustacean crime baron known as Crush, Aquaman and Dolphin are bargaining chips in a most dangerous game with the cruel King Rath, who’ll do anything to keep the secret of Arthur’s survival from the people of Atlantis. Meanwhile, Mera’s mission to break into the sealed kingdom hits a rough patch when Atlantis’ magical technology short circuits on a massive scale—especially those devices made of a certain metal...

Librarians #1: Way back in the swinging ‘70s, movie producer Sol Schick was the guy behind such cheesy classics as “Quarry: Bigfoot!,” Noah’s Ark: Found at Last!” and “Heavenly Visitors from the Hell Above.” But when he’s murdered – at a film festival! – with a piece of Noah’s Ark! – THE LIBRARIANS are drawn into the mystery. Can their combination of special skills, obsessive curiosity and knowledge of forgotten lore figure out who – or what – spelled doom for Schick? And as they delve deeper into his past, is it possible that things are not as they seem and that all his crazy, wild movies…were telling the truth?

Spider-Men II #3: Meeting the Miles Morales who was already in the Marvel Universe sets OUR Miles OFF! As if he weren't struggling with interior conflicts that were tougher than the external conflicts, this revelation hits Miles hard. Luckily, Peter Parker, an expert on personal tragedy and dark spots, is by his side!

The Old Guard vol 1: As always, the new Greg Rucka image title is just fantastic comic. It's well paced, gorgeous and well-suited art, and a kick ass cast of character. I read this one in singles and sometimes the wait between the issues had me nearly out of my seat.

Crosswind #3: Juniper and Cason made it through their first challenge post-bodyswap. I've been loving this series and it is a must read for fans of Gail Simone.

Heather

Return of the Dapper Men: Welcome to Anorev, a land where time has no meaning. Robots work and children play, but the play is no fun and the work is no use. A curious boy named Ayden and his robot friend Zoe know that something's missing, but they can't imagine what it might be... until 314 identical men in green bowler hats fall from the sky. At last, our heroes have a chance to discover what happened to their world, what might start the clocks back up again, and what tomorrow really means. Blending clockwork whimsy with majestic art-nouveau visuals, Jim McCann and Janet Lee present a hand-crafted fairy tale that feels both familiar and entirely new in this prestige reprinting!

The Old Guard vol 1: Collecting the critically acclaimed miniseries by GREG RUCKA and LEANDRO FERNANDEZ. Old soldiers never die...and some of them don't even fade away. Cursed with immortality, Andromache of Scythia and her comrades-in-arms ply their trade for those who can find-and afford-their services. But in the 21st century, being immortal is a difficult secret to keep, and when you live long enough, you learn that there are many fates far worse than death.

Ryan

Black Magic #7: "AWAKENINGS II," Part One. The Holy has been desecrated, the Hammer is closing in, and the Dunridge case hits a snag...one that only reinforces Morgan's growing suspicion that the killer he and Rowan are seeking may be none other than Rowan herself.

Crosswind #3: The acclaimed thriller from writer GAIL SIMONE and artist CAT STAGGS continues! Slick Chicago hitman Cason Bennett and downtrodden Seattle housewife Juniper Blue have somehow switched bodies, while a remorseless killer hunts them both, leaving a trail of corpses in his wake. What happens when he catches up with the two targets, both out of their element and out of time?

Spider-Gwen #23: "Predators" Part 5! GWEN! WOLVERINE! HARRY OSBORN! MADRIPOOR! Plus, Hannah Blumenreich steps in for a guest story starring THE MARY JANES!

Supergirl Annual #1: "EMERALD ERADICATION" part two! With her powers out of control, Emerald Empress takes the upper hand over Supergirl! These deadly tactical strikes will rattle the Girl of Steel to the core!

Tales From the Toy Box: Generations: Hawkeye & Hawkeye #1, Go Go Power Rangers #2, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Adult Coloring Book, Star Wars #35, and Wonder Woman #25

Zac

Copperhead tp 3: continuation of the story of a single mom now sheriff of a border town. wild west meets sci fi, if ou like firefly the tv show, youll enjoyy this.

Saga #46: a space opera of epic proportions with a constantly shifting and colorful cast as visually pleaseing as the characters are gripping.

All New Wolverine #23: WOLVERINE VERSUS BROOD...SO MANY BROOD! • With hundreds of BROOD coming at them and no end in sight, is this the final chapter in WOLVERINE's story? • Will the combined might of the GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY be any help at all? • Will we see a FASTBALL SPECIAL involving DRAX and Wolverine? I sure hope so!

Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps #26: FALL OF THE GODS” part one! Ancient hunters awaken across the cosmos to end Highfather and the New Gods! Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps draw the line between gods, but that won’t stop the body count as the most powerful deities in the universe go to war.

Grass Kings #6: New Story Arc! Following the bloody battle between townships, Robert learns that the infamous serial killer from the past might be one of their own people, and begins tearing the Kingdom apart to find them.

Kay

GENERATIONS: PHOENIX & JEAN GREY - Teenage Jean Grey is willing to do whatever it takes to avoid the fate that befell her predecessor. But when Jean is cast through time and comes face-to-face with the newly possessed Phoenix, will she find the key to saving herself…or learn that her fate is sealed?

STAR WARS DOCTOR APHRA #11 - Aphra's mission to make quick credits by auctioning off an ancient Jedi artifact is going to plan…That is, until it isn't. Because of COURSE it isn't! It isn't Space Indiana Jones without shenanigans. That said, the artifact is powerful enough that its bound to attract plenty of unwanted attention.

STAR WARS ROGUE ONE: CASSIAN & K2SO SPECIAL - Its FINALLY HERE!!! It's no secret that I personally was not a fan of how Rogue One chose to frame their characters in the movie. Things like this, character motivation and backstory, are key to telling a great story. So far, the supplemental Rogue One content hasn't disappointed.

Kat

ANGEL CITY TP: TOWN WITHOUT PITY: In this feminist 1930s noir thriller, heroine and mob enforcer Dolores Dare searches for her best friend's killer. This book sounds like what would have happened if Agent Carter were involved with the mob in the 1930s, and I am super excited to read it.

Zach

MASS EFFECT ANDROMEDA: SARA RYDER ACTION FIGURE: From McFarlane's. This female Ryder was designed with more than 12 points of articulation and comes posed with a Camifex assault rifle.

Edge of Venom'verse 4: Logan's adopted son, Scotty, has been missing for years, but Warren Worthington III, formerly the X-Man called Angel, has found Logan at the bottom of a bottle to bring him a message: Scotty is alive, and Angel knows where he is.

Remember that book club is this Friday! We're reading East of West!

Wyn

The Legend of Korra - Turf Wars Part 1: I was saddened when Korra ended, but am thrilled to finally have a continuation! I sat down and read this one in a single sitting and it is fantastic!

Crosswind #2: Cal and Juniper must deal with the immediate obstacles before them after being body swapped by a sinister and unknown killer. They find their abilities are oddly suited to the tasks.

Shirtless Bear Fighter #2: Shirtless, coming off his latest near defeat, seeks the source of the threat to cities and bears everywhere. This comic is stupid fun and I highly recommend it for anyone just looking for an easy laugh.

Ryan

Crosswind #2: The mind-breaking crime fantasy continues! Slick Chicago hitman Cason Bennett and mousy Seattle housewife Juniper Blue have inexplicably switched bodies and lives, and a heartless, relentless killer seems intent on killing them both. Don't miss this edge-of-your-seat thriller by fan-favorites GAIL SIMONE and CAT STAGGS!

Go Go Power Rangers #1: The untold, personal story of what happens to Jason, Kim, Trini, Zack, and Billy following in the days after they first became Power Rangers. Fighting evil is hard, but surviving high school may be even harder-welcome to real life in Angel Grove.

Legend of Korra: Turf Wars vol 1: Relishing their new relationship, Korra and Asami leave the spirit world . . . but find nothing in Republic City but political high jinks and human vs. spirit conflict! A pompous developer plans to turn the new spirit portal into an amusement park, potentially severing an already tumultuous connection with the spirits. What's more, the triads have realigned and are in a brutal all-out brawl at the city's borders-where hundreds of evacuees have relocated!

Mass Effect: Discovery #3: Following a lead to the lawless space station Omega, Tiran Kandros is closer than ever to uncovering the Andromeda Initiative's biggest secret. Unfortunately, so is the deadly Agent Zeta! In a story that ties in to the highly anticipated Mass Effect: Andromeda game, writers John Dombrow and Jeremy Barlow and artist Gabriel Guzmán team up to create the next exciting chapter of the Mass Effect comics series!

Heather

Ghostbusters 101 #5: The Ghostbusters have found out what's bringing their dimensions together - and for once, it doesn't have anything to do with a sinister beam of light heading into the sky! Tech nerds from two dimensions will need to put their heads together and build something that'll solve the problem (and at least half of them hope any solution includes a satisfying explosion!)

Jim Henson's Power of Dark Crystal #5: Separated from Kensho, Thurma journeys out into the wilds of Thra to find her way home, alone and unaware of the wonders that stand before her and the dangers on her trail.

Jim Henson's Tales of the Dark Crystal HC: Cory Godbey, the acclaimed children's book illustrator behind the best-selling Jim Henson's Labyrinth Tales, delves deep into the Skeksis-ruled land of Thra in this beautiful look at some of Jim Henson and Brian Froud's finest creations from the beloved cult-classic film The Dark Crystal. When a little bird is hurt in a Skeksis net, Jen takes it to the Mystics for healing and learns how every act of kindness grows like ripples in a lake.

Kat

Steven Universe #6: This series perfectly captures the adorable whimsy of the TV show. From the pastel coloring to Melanie Gillman's wonderful stories riddled with aliens and humor, this book is a culmination of everything that Steven Universe is supposed to be.

Legend of Korra Turf Wars: Legend of Korra is one of my favorite animated series of all time. Seeing it get the Avatar: the Last Airbender treatment with continued stories of our favorite characters is amazing. What is even more exciting is the portrayal of an openly queer couple in a graphic novel series aimed at younger readers. Asami and Korra's relationship is everything that I needed as a closeted queer kid in elementary school. This book will be such a positive influence on all young kids. That along with Irene Koh's beautiful artwork, I cannot wait for this book.

Zac

Legend of Korra - Turf Wars Part 1: Avatar has been one of my favorite shows of all time. With this comic picking up right where the show ended, I can't wait to see where this ride takes us.

Mass Effect - Discovery #3 : The mystery continues? Having bumped into the mad salarian (what I'm calling him until he gets named) how will this show down go for our brave adventurers? Victory or defeat? Lets find out!

Midnighter and Apollo TP: When Midnighter and Apollo are torn apart by a mysterious villain who sends Apollo to the underworld, Midnighter must brave the gates of hell itself for his lover.

Descender #22: As the various factions hunting Tim-21 close in, the galaxy is on the verge of all-out war. This is it! Everything DESCENDER has been building to begins to erupt in the most important and surprising DESCENDER storyline yet!

Nightwing #25: "BLOCKBUSTER" part four! In this special oversize issue, the boardwalk is the heart and soul of Blüdhaven, and Tiger Shark and Blockbuster are willing to kill each other and whoever else stands in their way to rule it. Nightwing has to find a way to stop them both or suffer a Blüdhaven ruled by crime!

Wyn

Superb #1: This is the next Catalyst Prime launch title. Meet Jonah and his childhood friend, Kayla, who have recently reunited after Kayla had moved away. Recently, a hero of the Superman influence has been seen rescuing people. Kayla begins to suspect the identity of this hero.

Written by David F. Walker, I highly recommend this book to reader of either the Power Man and Iron Fist book or the current Luke Cage title. Walker is a fantastic comic writer, and he surpasses himself in the first issue of this book.

Midnighter and Apollo TP: Finally, this final volume in Steve Orlando's Midnighter story has arrived! If you haven't heard us talk about this book, please come in and get us going!

Backstagers Vol 1: Jory starts at his new school and immediately makes friends with the Backstagers and is quickly introduced to the magic and mystery of the backstage. I'm especially enchanted by this book because one of my other jobs is as a Stage Manager.

Other awesome stuff: Poe Dameron #17, Aquaman #26, Ether TP 1, Moonstruck #1, and Ms Marvel vol 7

Ryan

Aquaman #26: "UNDERWORLD" part two! Enraged by rumors of Arthur's survival in the slums of Atlantis, the ruthless King Rath orders the use of ancient Atlantean techno-magic to track down the Aquaman at all costs! But the ex-king Arthur can't hide for long when his fate collides with that of a mysterious young woman on the run from Rath's own secret police. Her name: Dolphin.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #17: The next Power Rangers epic starts here! The Power Rangers are finally reunited, but can things ever be the same?

Peter Parker Spectacular Spider-Man #2: A tech-crime ring is tightening around Spider-Man.  If Ironheart will stop beating him up, she may be able to help him zero in on the source.  And who is the S.H.I.E.L.D. agent showing up at Peter's door with more info on Spidey than anyone should have?
